The Florida Month-to-Month Lease Agreement is a document used for the renting a property or unit in short-term increments of thirty (30) days. The lease type is often used by property owners and landlords who cannot sign a full-year lease for a rental, allowing them to legally evict tenants with a notice of only fifteen (15) days (prior to the end of the lease). On the other hand, the lease type is preferred by tenants looking for an extended vacation, a temporary work position, or those unsure of the length in which they will need to rent.
