What's more you can also track RBI reference numbers under past payments within NEFT / RTGS link in db OnlineBanking. The reference number denotes confirmation that the payment has been sent. In case your beneficiary needs to track the credit into their account, they can use the same number as a reference with their banks.

ONLINE SUBMISSION OF FORM 15G/H
We have simplified and digitalised the process of submitting Form 15G/H for your convenience. Now you can submit all required documents from the safety and comfort of your home and avoid the hassle of visiting the bank.
A brief introduction to Forms 15G and 15H:
Form 15G and Form 15H are self-declaration forms that an individual submits to the bank to ensure that Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is not deducted on interest income when their income is below the basic exemption limit.
Which of the two forms to submit:
Non-senior citizens can submit Form 15G whereas senior citizens can submit Form 15H in order to save tax amounts from being deducted from the interest income of their Fixed and Recurring Deposits.
The benefits of submitting Form 15G/H:
Here’s how you can benefit from submitting the form if your total annual income is lower than the exempted slab in income tax:
If you fill form 15G/H, TDS will not be debited and you can save excess tax payment (if any).
But if you do not fill form 15G/H, TDS will be debited and you will need to apply for refund (if any).
When to upload the forms:
Make sure to upload your form once every financial year for your Fixed Deposit.
A Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for the customer to get the tax deducted through Form 15G/H.
